Dr. Kennedy Onyekachi Okonkwo is a celebrated Nigerian real-estate entrepreneur, business strategist, and philanthropist, best known as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nedcomoaks Limited.
Born on October 12, 1977 in Lagos, hailing from Ojoto, Anambra State, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University.
Kennedy Okonkwo founded Nedcomoaks in 2007, starting from modest beginnings, and grew it into a multi-subsidiary real estate company with a strong reputation for innovation, luxury developments, and community-driven housing projects.
Under his leadership, Nedcomoaks has launched flagship projects including Victoria Crest Homes and Citadel Views Estate 1.0 & 2.0, distinguished for excellence, aesthetics, and sustainable features, such as solar-powered designs.
