SustyVibes is a youth-led sustainability organisation based in Lagos, Nigeria, whose mission is to make environmentalism relatable, actionable and cool for young Africans.
Founded by Jennifer Uchendu, it began as a blog in 2016 and has since grown into a vibrant community of volunteers known as “SustyVibers” who drive campaigns around climate change, plastic pollution, eco-feminism, and mental health.
Through tree-planting, community clean-ups, research on eco-anxiety in young Africans, and colourful in-person events, SustyVibes blends advocacy with lifestyle appeal—showing that caring for the planet can be fun, stylish and inclusive
