Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye is a Nigerian entrepreneur, real estate developer, and philanthropist whose visionary leadership has made significant contributions to addressing Nigeria’s housing deficit and transforming the real estate landscape.
He serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Zylus Group International (formerly Oga for Property Investment Ltd), a real estate conglomerate with diversified interests across property development, sales, construction, land estates, human capital development, and community welfare.
Born on March 30, 1987, he launched his career in 2007 with American International Insurance Company (AIICO) where he climbed swiftly from sales representative to branch manager, acquiring strong grounding in insurance, sales strategy, marketing, and negotiation.
At a young age, Dr. Olatujoye pursued extensive education and professional development: he holds certifications from institutions including the School of Estate, London Business School, the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK), Lagos Business School, and others. His credentials include expertise in real estate & asset valuation, human resources management, strategic management, and entrepreneurship.
Recognizing the dire need for affordable, modern housing in Nigeria, he founded Zylus Group International with the mission of delivering quality, accessible homes via innovation in construction, land estate development, and service delivery. The group has since delivered numerous estates in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Enugu and other regions, helping many families access well-planned housing.
Dr. Olatujoye is also well known for his philanthropic efforts through the Tosin Olatujoye Foundation, which undertakes social responsibility initiatives such as Feed the 1000 to support vulnerable communities, especially during times of crisis like COVID-19.
His excellence has been recognized with many awards: AIICO’s Best Unit Manager (2016), AIICO Top 10 Agency Manager in Revenue (2017), Nigeria Achievers Award (2020), Top 50 Entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Icon of Humanity Award, Nigeria Property Merit Awards.
