Born in London in 1965, Paul studied Architecture at the University of Nigeria before earning advanced degrees in Construction Project Management, Environmental Design, and Property Development from prestigious institutions including Imperial College London and London South Bank University.
He further strengthened his global business expertise with an MBA in Value Engineering from London Business School.
Paul began his professional career as a Project Architect with Anthony Barber Associates in the United Kingdom before advancing to senior roles, including Development Director at Beacon Housing.
He later served as Global Development Director at Regus Plc, where he oversaw the opening of more than 190 business centres across multiple continents, giving him a strong grounding in international property markets and operational excellence.
In 1997, he established Landmark Africa Group, driven by a vision to provide Africa with premium, globally benchmarked mixed-use facilities.
Under his leadership, the group has delivered iconic projects such as Landmark Towers, Landmark Event Centre, Landmark Leisure Beach, and Hard Rock Café Lagos, which today serve as hubs for tourism, corporate activity, and entertainment.
His work has not only transformed the skylines of Lagos and other cities but has also positioned Landmark as a symbol of innovation and sustainable growth in African real estate.
With a strategy that blends lifestyle, leisure, and commerce, Paul has made Landmark a destination brand, attracting both local and international clients.
