His journey began with a bold vision to expand his mother’s table-top stationery business into a printing
press in 1995 with a capital equivalent to three dollars.
His career is a testament to his tenacity and his knack for identifying business opportunities across various industries. His most significant achievement came in 2006 when he revolutionized waste management in Ghana with the birth of Zoomlion, which has created over 250,000 jobs.
Under his leadership, the Jospong Group has grown into a multimillion-dollar conglomerate with
over 60 companies.
His influence is a result of his results-driven mindset and commitment to national development, which has earned him Ghana’s highest national honor, the Award of the Order of the Volta.
