Deola Art Alade is a prominent Nigerian entrepreneur, event producer and cultural strategist whose work is helping to shape the future of Africa’s creative economy.
As co-founder and CEO of Livespot360 (with her husband, Darey Art Alade), she has built a platform that spans live experiences, branded content, talent development and digital production, ushering in new standards of professionalism, scale and global ambition in Nigeria’s entertainment landscape.
Born and educated in Lagos, Deola further sharpened her business and strategic acumen with executive development at the Harvard Business School.
Early in her career she worked in design and experiential marketing before identifying a gap: that creative ideas needed structure, systems and scale to translate into industry-building. As she explains, “creativity without structure is just chaos.”
Under her leadership, Livespot360 has delivered major productions, from landmark concerts to the flagship festival Livespot X Festival and the pan-African gathering Entertainment Week Africa (EWA).
