Chude Jideonwo is a Nigerian lawyer, media entrepreneur, author, and storyteller whose career spans journalism, broadcasting, entrepreneurship, and thought leadership. In 2005, he co-founded Red Media Africa, a full-service media agency, where he served as Managing Partner. Through this platform, he co-created influential brands such as The Future Awards Africa (TFAA), a pan-African youth-focused award that celebrates innovation and excellence among young leaders. This project positioned him as one of the strongest voices advocating for African youth empowerment.
Chude also played a pivotal role in shaping political communication in Nigeria, co-founding StateCraft Inc., the governance communication arm of Red Media, which was instrumental in high-profile political campaigns, including the 2015 Nigerian presidential election. His expertise in narrative shaping and civic mobilization made him one of the continent’s most sought-after communication strategists.
Beyond media consulting, Chude expanded into broadcasting and storytelling with the launch of Joy, Inc., a benefit corporation devoted to building safe mental, emotional, and spiritual communities for young Africans. Through this initiative, he highlights wellness, happiness, and personal growth as tools for social transformation.
He later created #WithChude, a flagship talk show and storytelling platform that features intimate conversations with leaders, creatives, and changemakers. This platform has become a hub for authentic African stories, giving voice to issues often overlooked, from politics to mental health and culture.
