Aisy Nosa Edeh is a Nigerian fashion designer and entrepreneur based in Lagos. She is the founder of two complementary businesses: the clothing brand Stitchesbyaisy and the vocational training center Aisy Fashion Academy.
Her work is primarily promoted through her personal and business Instagram accounts, where she is also a brand influencer.
Stitchesbyaisy offers ready-to-wear and custom designs. This clothing line provides a range of outfits, including corset tops and trousers, Ankara gowns, dresses, and sets.
Stitchesbyaisy also accepts orders for bespoke masterpieces, including asoebi and other custom-made dresses for special events. The brand’s aesthetic is unique, classy, and modern.
Aisy Fashion Academy provides professional training for aspiring designers in Lagos. It offers both beginner and upgrade courses, typically lasting three months. Students learn key fashion skills, including illustration, draping, and beading.
The program also includes a business course to help students build profitable fashion careers. Aisy Nosa Edeh’s husband, who runs an interior design business, designed the academy’s new theatre to create a beautiful learning environment.
The academy hosts the “Fashion No Filter” podcast to discuss the practical realities of the fashion industry, including content creation and business.
