Chief Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma (born 1 October 1961) is a Nigerian industrialist and entrepreneur, widely recognised as the founder and Group Chairman/CEO of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM) the first indigenous automobile manufacturer in Nigeria.

Hailing from Umudim, Nnewi in Anambra State, Chukwuma began life in a large family and entered business through motorcycle spare-parts trading in the early 1980s.

In 1981 he incorporated what would become the Innoson Group, focusing on trading and manufacturing of motorcycle spare parts, motorcycles and plastics.

In 2007, he established Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing in Nnewi to design and produce cars, buses and commercial vehicles locally, aiming to reduce Nigeria’s dependence on vehicle imports and to offer affordably-priced new vehicles to Nigerians.
